Use for making accessories such as bags, totes, belts, wallets and device cases. Great for repairing and replacing utility items such as boating covers, tents and camping gear. Several fashion finishes are available; these snaps also coordinate with other Dritz hardware such as swivel hooks, D-rings and slide adjusters. Easy to apply using Dritz heavy duty snap pliers (item # 24P), Dritz heavy duty snap tools (item # 3) or using a hand tool that comes as part of the Dritz heavy duty snap kit (item # 18-65). This package includes 7 snap sets; each set includes a cap, socket, post and stud.
Test on swatch of fabric. Use 2 layers of medium- to heavy-weight fabric reinforced with interfacing. Work on firm protected surface. For reversible snaps, substitute second cap for post when applying stud.
