      The Dritz® snap fastener kit contains snap fasteners and an application tool used for attaching snap fasteners to garments and accessories when sewing or making a DIY repair.

      • Use with 2 layers of light- to medium-weight fabric reinforced with interfacing; always test application first with scrap fabric
      • Work on a firm, protected surface
      • For hard-to-reach areas, cut tool in half at bend and use as a 2-piece tool

      Quantity: 1 kit

      Test on swatch of fabric. Use two layers of light to medium-weight fabric,
      reinforced with interfacing. Work on lightly padded surface. For hard-to-reach areas, cut tool in half at bend and use as a 2-piece tool.

      1. Mark position of snap on fabric. Place prong point side up and socket raised side up into tool. Position top layer of fabric so mark is directly over the socket.
      2. Close tool; hammer until both sides are securely attached.
      3. Reverse tool. Place stud and prong into tool. Position bottom layer of fabric so mark is directly over the prong. Push fabric over prongs.
      4. Repeat step 2. Make sure stud is on outer side of fabric.
