      Quickly insert headband material into toggle using a Dritz #647 Loop Turner.

      1. Squeeze top and bottom of toggle together to unlock.
      2. Insert loop turner through one open hole and lock toggle onto threader.
      3. Insert loop turner through end of headband material and close latch on hook.
      4. Unlock toggle and pull material through the hole of toggle; repeat for other side.
      5. Adjust toggle to desired headband fit.
