      1. Plan position. Label can be attached before or after project is constructed. Keep in mind that if you use rivets, the project material must be flat while applying. It may be easiest to attach the label before the project is completed.
      2. Attach to project by hand stitching: Hold the label in place with fingers. Stitch through the holes, using a hand sewing needle and thread or floss. A few stitches through each hole is all that is required.
