      1. Measure and mark desired position for snap on both sides of fabric.
      2. Center one side of snap over mark and hand sew into place.
      3. Position other side of snap over mark and hold in place. Carefully close snap to check for correct placement and position.
      4. Unsnap and sew second side of snap.
