      1. Slide one end of the strap around the center bar of the slide adjuster. Stitch end to secure.
      2. Slide the opposite end of the strap through the curved slot in the female portion of the buckle, from wrong to right side. Then pass the strap through the slide. Attach the loose end of the strap to the side of the cummerbund.
      3. Slide remaining strap through male buckle from right to wrong side. Stitch end in place. Connect loose end of this strap to opposite side of cummerbund.
      4. To latch the buckle, simply insert the rounded bar on the male buckle up through the slot on the female buckle. Adjust position of slide to tighten or loosen the strap of the cummerbund.
